  • Manage all import and export activities in compliance with customs regulations and EPE requirements.
  • Directly oversee and handle customs declaration procedures, import-export documentation, and shipment clearance.
  • Manage HS Code classification, Certificate of Origin (C/O) applications, customs procedures, and customs-related reports.
  • Prepare and manage settlement reports (customs finalization reports) and ensure accurate and timely submission to the relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate international and domestic transportation, shipment bookings, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure timely delivery of raw materials, production materials, and finished goods to support production plans and customer commitments.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade compliance requirements, and government reporting obligations.
  • Manage logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • Develop, standardize, and continuously improve logistics processes, procedures, internal controls, and KPIs.
  • Manage relationships with carriers, customs authorities, transportation providers, and other logistics service partners.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a 6–7-member Logistics team to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
  • Work closely with Planning, Purchasing, Production, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
  • Monitor logistics risks and proactively resolve issues related to customs clearance, transportation, import-export shipments, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure all logistics activities are properly documented and compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of Logistics/ Import-Export management experience in EPE garment or footwear manufacturing.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of customs procedures, EPE regulations, C/O, HS Code, customs settlement reports, and shipment handling.
  • Strong people management skills and manufacturing experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in ERP and customs declaration software such as ECUS.
