Job Description

Position: Logistics & Import Export Specialist

Location: High-Tech Park, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City

Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistics & Warehouse Management:

Manage end-to-end logistics process: PO approval, service booking, inbound delivery to internal/customer warehouses; monitor cost, lead time, and service quality.

Coordinate with warehouse team on inventory counting, storage, quality control, and process improvement.

Support SCM in warehouse projects: work with 3PL or internal facilities, equipment setup, and process documentation.

Assist with warehouse compliance (safety, insurance, environmental requirements) and liaise with authorities on license renewals.

Support building logistics networks and partnerships to strengthen regional operations.

2. Customs Clearance & Import-Export:

Prepare and process customs declarations, support tax refund procedures.

Review HS codes, product descriptions, and tax rates; assist in Master Data standardization.

Handle import-export documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain reports for special goods.

Assist Legal Department in license applications; prepare inventory/warehouse reports in compliance with the Chemical Law.

3. Logistics & S&OP Management:

Prepare logistics KPI reports for weekly S&OP meetings; support monthly analysis and propose corrective actions.

Monitor logistics and operating expenses; support data collection for budgeting and cost control.

Assist in cascading company OKRs to the department; support performance tracking and training coordination.

4. Digital Transformation & SOP:

Participate in ERP projects (warehouse & logistics modules) as Key User/BA/Team member.

Review and standardize logistics & warehouse SOPs.

Control logistics costs and build pricing models covering Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years experience in Logistics/Import-Export operations, including customs declaration and coordination with warehouse/transport.

Priority for candidates with hands-on experience in customs declaration (ECUS), HS code classification, document handling, and logistics/warehouse coordination.

Experience using ERP systems.

General knowledge of supply network planning and inventory management.

English: Intermediate level.
