About the Job

Ensure effective and timely execution, coordination, and management of assigned logistics tasks related to inbound and outbound logistics, storage, delivery, and reverse logistics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Logistics Operations

Manage inbound and outbound logistics from Festo Warehouse, ensuring compliance with Service Lead Time and company requirements.

Coordinate order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and last-mile delivery.

Prepare and verify shipping documentation and delivery notifications.

Maintain accurate documentation and control of materials in the local store in line with Festo stock management standards.

Perform administrative tasks related to logistics, including verification and processing of documentation.

Oversee stock receipt and issuance, conduct stock checks, and maintain inventory balance.

Prepare and submit inventory and delivery reports.

Support and execute logistics-related projects as assigned.

2. Compliance and Continuous Improvement

Ensure adherence to local standard procedures, including ISO requirements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance daily operations and processes.

3. Communication and Coordination

Collaborate with internal teams such as Service Hub, Sales, Finance, and Technical Support within Vietnam country and ASEAN region.

Continuous coordination/communication with internal stakesholders for order fulfilment matters.

Liaise with external partners including suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

To perform any logistic task/projects as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma and above.

Minimum 2 years of relevant business experiences (Logistic, Warehouse process).

Good English communication.

Listening and communication skill: active listening and communicate constructively and clearly.

Organize work: Able to delivers result in time manner with efficient way. Know how to set the priorities of work

Motivated individual with strong sense of ownership and responsibility

Problem solving: Identify and define the issue, offer suitable solutions to Strategic customer according to the process

Teamwork: Collaboration within the team, and others department to find out the best solution and service to customers.

Logical thinking: Always looks for improvement and ask the question if unclear.

Open mind thinking: Sees the entire customer (key account) and understands the customer structures.

Software Knowledge: SAP / WMS TMS & SOP knowledge is a preferable

Function-specific Knowledge: Warehousing & Transportation arrangement

Working location: Warehouse in Binh Duong Ward & Office in An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh
