Overview
The Logistics Excellence Executive (L4) is responsible for driving transportation planning, delivery execution, and logistics performance management through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures efficient daily operations, strong coordination with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners, and continuous enhancement of service, cost, and operational transparency across the logistics network.
Job descriptions
1. Transportation Planning & Delivery Execution
- Develop and execute weekly and daily transportation plans to meet delivery requirements
- Communicate transportation plans with CS, Planning, and Sales teams to ensure alignment
- Receive and validate orders from CS and arrange transportation in line with customer requirements
- Assign and coordinate with 3PLs to optimize truck utilization and avoid capacity loss
- Prepare and hand over delivery documentation (e.g., invoices, delivery notes) to vendors
- Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve issues with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery execution in line with service KPIs
2. Logistics Performance & Data Management
- Develop and maintain logistics dashboards and KPI reports (OTIF, CFR, IRR, truck utilization, etc.
- Track and monitor daily/weekly transportation performance and identify gap
- Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights and support decision-making
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports for local and regional stakeholder
3. Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
- Develop and standardize process flows, SOPs, and work instructions for logistics operations.
- Support optimization of transportation planning, routing, and resource utilization.
- Enhance operational visibility and tracking across distribution activities
4. Systems & Capability Support
- Act as a key user for logistics systems (SAP, TMS, WMS)
- Support implementation and rollout of new logistics systems and tools
- Provide training and guidance to end-users for system adopt
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of logistics data
5. Financial & Administrative Control
- Validate and process 3PL billing and payment request
- Support logistics cost tracking and budget control
- Ensure cost transparency and compliance with company policies.
Job require
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in distribution, transportation planning, or DC operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP, TMS, WMS systems.
- Strong analytical and data management skills (Excel, reporting tools).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management capability.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude.
