Logistics Director (Chinese speaking, Logistics)

Job Description

·      Manage and oversee all company operations, develop business development strategies, business plans, and cost control initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

全面负责公司经营管理,制定业务发展战略、经营计划及成本控制方案,确保完成经营目标和利润指标。

·      Manage cross-border logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, customs declaration, customs clearance, and border gate operations.

负责跨境物流业务运营,包括仓储、运输、报关、清关及口岸业务管理。

·      Lead and manage Vietnamese and Chinese teams; establish performance evaluation systems, training programs, and standardized operating procedures to improve team efficiency.

管理中越团队,建立绩效考核及培训体系,优化业务流程,提高团队效率。

·      Develop new customers, design logistics solutions, and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic business partners.

开发及维护客户资源,制定物流解决方案,维护重点客户及合作伙伴关系。

·      Coordinate with headquarters, customers, business partners, and government authorities to ensure efficient operations and compliance with applicable regulations.

对接总部、客户、合作伙伴及政府相关部门,确保业务高效、合规开展。

·      Manage operational risks, resolve issues arising during daily operations, and continuously optimize operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.

负责运营风险管控,处理突发事件,持续优化运营效率及成本。.

Required qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree or above; candidates majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or other related fields are preferred.

本科及以上学历,物流、供应链、国际贸易等相关专业优先。.

Required working experience

·      At least 8 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, cross-border transportation, or supply chain management, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.

具有8年以上物流、货代、跨境运输或供应链行业经验,5年以上团队管理经验。.

Required languages

·      For Vietnamese candidates: Fluent in Chinese and able to use it as a working language.

·      For Chinese candidates: Able to communicate effectively in English or Vietnamese for daily work.

Required knowledge and skills

·      Strong knowledge of Vietnam–China cross-border logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, customs declaration, and customs clearance.

熟悉中越跨境物流、仓储、运输、报关及清关业务。

·      Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

具备优秀的团队管理、沟通协调、商务谈判及问题解决能力,能够适应跨文化工作环境。.

·      Willing to be based in Lang Son on a long-term basis and available for business travel when required.
