PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world&aposs leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the timely daily shipment order execution and management. The role involves booking and shipment coordination, liaising with various stake holders for warehousing and transportation, shipping document preparation, and regulatory custom and trade compliance.

Responsibilities

  • For Import shipment :
  • Receiving pre-alert, check shipping document & creat e job file on systems.
  • Summitting Manifest on Vietnam National Single Window accuracy and on time
  • Handling daily sea import tasks for both of nominated and freehand shipments in alignment with Incoterms
  • Co-ordinating with carriers/co-loaders to release DO/ eDO to customers smoothly
  • Supporting customers in working with carriers to extend DnD at POD and handle other relevant tasks
  • For Export shipment:
  • Reserving booking with carriers/co-loaders via both of BDPs system and manual ly on carriers website
  • Creating and input cargo details in the systems
  • Handling export shipment until successful delivery to POD
  • Ensuring accurate and timely submission of eSI, MNF, ICS2, ACI, AFR
  • Well manage and control allocation both of NAC and FAK contract with carriers and relevant partners

Generation tasks:

  • Fulfilling doc umentation with all requested papers (checklist, calculation sheet, tracing report, merging file etc.) before passing the file to BU for c losing.
  • Resolving problems with sales / agents / other stakeholders for documentation, billing, and costing
  • Issuing invoice to clients / agents, post vendor invoice s for payment on time
  • Supporting finance department in following up on customers payment settlement
  • Problem solving in order to improve service delivery standards and minimize cost impacts.
  • Completing other tasks assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Sales, Business Administration, Foreign Trade or relevant field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in i mport and export operation at Int l Forwarding
  • Solid knowledge / experience in import and export handling is a must. Candidates have experience in customs clearance & trucking arrangement is an advantage
  • Strong attention to details
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Proficient in commonly used office software
  • Strong operation al management and problem-solving skills
  • Good negotiat ion skills with both customers and suppliers
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and overtime to meet deadlines
  • Well- discipline d , high ly accountab le , well-organized, collaborative and teamwork
