JOB SUMMARY
Ensures timely handling of incoming and outgoing Customs documents and secures the provision of proper information and documents to the user departments on daily import/export activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customs Declaration & Compliance
- Classification & Strategy: Oversee accurate HS Code classification for all materials/products and maintain a compliant database aligned with global standards.
- System Management: Manage ECUS/VNACCS declarations for all types of imports/exports, ensuring data integrity to minimize legal risks.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Track changes in Customs laws and FTAs to ensure operational compliance and optimize C/O for tax benefits.
- Audit & Control: Periodically audit internal processes to ensure imported materials are used according to their declared purposes.
2. Customs Settlement Report (BCQT)
- Data Reconciliation: Lead the cross-matching of data between Customs, Warehouse, and Accounting to ensure 100% consistency in Input-Output-Inventory.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit annual Customs Settlement Reports, providing clear analysis for any stock or scrap discrepancies.
- Norms Management: Collaborate with Production to validate Actual Consumption Norms and ensure they suitable for actual operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Graduated from university with a major in Foreign Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Regulations: Deep understanding of State regulations on Import-Export operations for manufacturing enterprises.
- Tools: Proficient in ECUS/VNACCS and SAP.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Logistics/Customs roles, specifically in the manufacturing sector.
- Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in HS Code classification and C/O optimization.
- Proven experience in preparing Customs Settlement Reports (BCQT).
- Professional English proficiency (Logistics terminology).
- High accuracy in data reconciliation and strong problem-solving skills.
