Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly capable Logistics and WMS Consultant with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing warehouse operations using ERP-integrated or standalone systems. The ideal candidate will work with clients to analyze their logistics challenges, recommend best-fit solutions, and lead the functional implementation of warehouse and supply chain modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementations of WMS and logistics solutions: discovery, design, build, test, deploy, and stabilize
- Analyze current warehouse workflows (receiving, slotting, picking, staging, cycle counting, dispatch) and identify digital opportunities
- Design warehouse layout logic, putaway/picking strategies, and slotting rules aligned with business goals
- Document functional requirements, UAT scripts, SOPs, and train super users or operators
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers to test new WMS features or AI-driven enhancements
- Provide post-go-live hypercare and continuous improvement services
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience: 5+ years in warehouse/logistics consulting, including full-cycle WMS implementation
- Systems Knowledge: Logistics and warehouse management solution
- WMS Domains: Must understand receiving, putaway, bin management, inventory control, picking, and staging workflows
- ERP Integration: Familiar with ERP-WMS data flows: items, inventory status, orders, shipments
- Industry Focus: FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, 3PL, or E-Commerce warehousing preferred
- Languages: Fluent in English; Vietnamese.
- Soft Skills: Strong documentation, client presentation, and problem-solving capabilities
