Your role purpose

Coordinate and ensure supply chain efficiency. ERP system management, freight coordination, and serving as Recover's primary contact for third-party logistics providers. Key support to Business development, Sustainability, Warehouse and Finances.

Your Essential Duties and Responsiblities

• Responsible for Inbound and Outbound Logistics operations
• Scheduling the arrival of raw materials to ensure timely production
• Freight quotation and tracking to optimize cost and delivery timelines
• Preparation and analysis of Logistics KPIs reports
• Sales process optimization to enhance operational efficiency
• Management of GRS (Global Recycle Standard), ensuring standards are met.

Competencies required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, international trade, and negotiation practices
• Expertise in customs clearance procedures and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Proven problem-solving abilities with a strong analytical mindset
• Organizational and time management capabilities
• Customer service-oriented with a focus on delivering value.
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written.

Work Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
