THE ROLE
With a highly experienced and effective sales and marketing team in Hanoi, this role of Lodge Manager is fully focussed on operational excellence at our lodge.
Operations
As Lodge Manager, you'll orchestrate all aspects of lodge operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure. This includes overseeing guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage operations, all while maintaining the highest standards of eco-friendly practices.
Team management and motivation
Building and nurturing a motivated, service-oriented team is key to success. You'll foster an inclusive working environment and inspire the team.
Financial Management
Balancing exceptional guest experiences with sound financial management is crucial. You'll oversee budgets, optimize revenue streams.
Experience
The ideal candidate has senior management experience in hospitality, with a focus on eco-tourism or boutique properties. A proven track record in operational excellence, sustainability initiatives, and team leadership is essential. Experience in remote or challenging environments is highly valued.
Skills
Strong financial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and fluency in English are required. Proficiency in Vietnamese or another local language is a plus. The ability to inspire and lead a diverse team while navigating the unique challenges of a remote eco-lodge is crucial.
