This is a full-time, on-site role for a Location Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Location Manager will oversee daily operations, maintain and improve customer satisfaction, and manage the location's team. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth customer service, training and supporting staff, managing budgets, and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to align services with company standards. The role requires engaging with tenants to meet their needs and enhance their experience while ensuring operational efficiency.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client support
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members and customers
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management to ensure cost-efficient operations
• Ability to lead team Training, with a focus on skill development and customer service excellence
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proven experience in team leadership, operations, or management roles
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred
