Project Management
Plan, manage, and track localization projects related to purchasing and procurement activities.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Localization & Purchasing
Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for materials, components, and services in alignment with quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Coordinate localization of purchasing materials such as RFQs, RFPs, contracts, supplier guidelines, policies, and training documents.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to secure optimal value and establish long-term supplier partnerships
Support localization needs for supplier communications, negotiations, and onboarding processes.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a communication bridge between global procurement teams, local purchasing teams, legal, finance, and external suppliers.
Align localization projects with global purchasing strategies and local business requirements.
Vendor & Resource Management
Manage vendor timelines, deliverables, and quality performance.
Support cost tracking, budgeting, and purchasing approvals related to localization projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
Good knowledge of sourcing strategies, cost analysis, and contract management.
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
