Job Description

  • Responsible for domestics purchase orders: Products, lead time, related documents, warranty and making payment to suppliers
  • Plan the purchasing cost of trading products and report to LM
  • Take initiatives to propose the processing method to have the target unit price
  • Manage Sales & Purchase Contracts, Supplier contract
  • Sourcing new vendors for trading products (if have request)
  • Update and send report as requirement

Requirements

  • Education: college degree, preferred in business/supply chain management/logistic related field
  • Work experience: at least 1 year experience in procurement
  • Good command in writing and speaking English
  • Computer skill: Microsoft office
  • Details oriented, hardworking, results oriented and able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Careful, good at numbers and excel
