Local Lifestyles Customer Service Agent

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Phu Nhuan District for a Customer Service Lifestyles Consultant supporting a 24/7 operation for Aspire lifestyles VN - a global leader in Concierge and lifestyles solution. The consultant will handle customer inquiries, provide lifestyle advice. They will also engage with customers to identify their preferences, offer tailored solutions to meet their needs, and conduct training sessions to support lifestyle and wellness improvement. This position requires flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of the role.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and address customer needs

Experience in Hospitality, Aviation, Services, Lifestyles, banking call center for VIP/Premier/Priority segments to provide personalized recommendations and support

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and English fluency skills

Ability to thrive in a 24/7 operational environment and work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

A degree or relevant certification in customer service, coaching, or related fields is a plus
