Role Overview
Lead the content strategy, storytelling, pacing, and execution of brand livestreams across TikTok, Shopee, and Facebook to drive engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities- Plan weekly/monthly livestream content and storyboards; define formats, flow, and talking points.
- Direct and coordinate live sessions: pacing, transitions, camera angles, and segment timing.
- Coach and support hosts on storytelling, on-air performance, interaction, and conversion.
- Align livestream content with SKUs and marketing campaigns; ensure each product has a clear value story.
- Track and optimize performance (engagement, retention, CTR, revenue/hour); run A/B tests and report insights.
- Oversee livestream production setup (studio, lighting, audio) and collaborate with technical teams.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 35 years of experience leading livestream/content teams or productions.
- Strong storytelling and program-structuring mindset with a focus on conversion.
- Solid understanding of viewer behavior on TikTok, Shopee, and Facebook.
- Proven ability to coach hosts/talent and execute plans effectively.
- Data-driven, creative, and commercially minded; hands-on experience with livestream studios is a plus.
