1. Key Responsibilities

- Operational Execution Support: Assist the Livestream Operations team in the end-to-end preparation and execution of Daily and Mega livestream sessions for high-profile creators.

- Inventory & Product Readiness: Facilitate product preparation workflows, including meticulous sample management and logistical organization in alignment with livestream scripts.

- Technical & Studio Coordination: Gain hands-on experience by assisting with professional technical configurations, including lighting, audio, OBS, and platform-specific tools for TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.

- On-site Logistics: Support on-site coordination at studios or remote creator locations to ensure all hardware and software systems are fully operational prior to broadcast.

- Real-time Session Engagement: Execute critical live-session tasks such as product pinning (deal pinning), community moderation, and providing real-time support to the Host and Creator.

- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist in identifying and resolving minor technical or operational disruptions during live broadcasts under the direct guidance of the Team Lead.

- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Support the collection and synthesis of post-session data, including Viewership, GMV, and Engagement metrics, to contribute to comprehensive performance reports.

- Process Optimization: Document operational feedback and session challenges to assist in the continuous refinement of livestreaming workflows.

- Cross-functional Integration: Collaborate with Influencer Management (IM) and Brand Partnership (BP) departments to understand the strategic architecture of social commerce campaigns.

2. Candidate Profile

- Educational Background: Final-year student or recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- Industry Interest: Demonstrable passion for the TikTok Shop/Shopee Live ecosystem and a keen interest in the evolving MCN landscape.

- Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy mindset with a strong desire to master professional livestreaming tools and broadcast hardware.

- Professional Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, a proactive can-do attitude, and rigorous attention to detail.

- Operational Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening or weekend shifts, to align with the dynamic nature of the livestreaming industry.

- Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Vietnamese; proficiency in English is highly regarded.
