Reporting to the Head of Service & Solution, you will be responsible for overseeing all live streaming operations, including:
- guidelines and strategies for local agencies, MCNs, influencers, KOL/KOC, users, campaigns, and partnerships.
- and nurturing partnerships with local content providers to cultivate a comprehensive Live+ ecosystem, fostering collaborative relationships with local brands and companies.
- new campaign strategies and models, strategizing and executing live streaming campaigns based on trending topics, events, and social issues.
- the introduction, supervision, and growth of platform agencies and anchors.
- user growth for TikTok Live, enhancing user retention, engagement rates, and average revenue per user (ARPU) through effective lifecycle management.
- with relevant departments on expanding the Studio Livestream project.
To succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- minimum of 3 years experience in managing complex projects within marketing or partnership roles Marketing/Media/E-commerce industries, with at least 1-2 years specifically in the livestream industry.
- experience in building and leading teams from inception.
- business acumen in emerging industries, with preferred team management experience in the entertainment sector.
- in analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of thriving in an international and diverse work environment
