Job Description:
The Livestream Graphic Designer role suits a Designer with strong experience in Livestream/E-commerce, paired with a logical, sharp mind that isn't afraid to try new technology and knows how to systematize the way they work. In this role, you won't just design high-quality visuals for e-commerce campaigns directly — you'll also be a partner to the Leader in building and optimizing AI-powered creative workflows, testing new technology, and training the whole team.
Leaders at AIRR Labs provide training programs on design tools and the latest AI technology being adopted across the APAC region. The goal is to help studios truly grow and thrive alongside their creative output.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hard skill
- Deeply understand the brand and ensure every visual stays consistent with the brand's DNA.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions to develop concepts and build pitch visuals for clients.
- Own the image quality, aesthetics, layout, and color for all E-commerce campaign assets.
- Design a complete Livestream identity system: Banners, Key Visuals, Overlays, Frames, gift assets, and eye-catching visual effects.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to make sure designs follow brand guidelines while meeting e-commerce standards for usability and accessibility.
- Translate brand positioning strategy, marketing goals, and customer insights into performance-optimized digital designs.
2. Building AI Workflows
- Innovative mindset: Take the lead in searching for, testing, and evaluating the newest AI tools and models on the market.
- Prompt engineering: Master advanced prompting techniques, tightly controlling AI output to ensure consistency and quality of creative work.
- Build AI workflows: Work with the Leader to research and standardize AI generation processes, automating and shortening design time for the whole team.
- AI training: Build documentation and directly train/coach the Design team to master AI tools.
- Strategic partnership: Contribute to the development of internal AI tools by testing early builds, flagging usability issues, and shaping the designer experience - helping define how AIRR's internal tooling evolves.
Requirements:
1. Professional Experience
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience working at e-commerce companies, agencies, or design studios.
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and skilled with generative AI.
- An impressive portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking, digital e-commerce products, and high-quality livestream assets.
- Skilled at refining designs, maintaining consistency, and upholding high standards even under time pressure.
2. Innovative Mindset
- Eager to learn, proactively keeping up with new generative technology trends.
- Experience with generative AI tools: Gemini Nano, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion/ComfyUI, Runway, or equivalent platforms.
- Advanced Prompt Engineering skills, with an understanding of how to control output to ensure brand consistency.
- A systems mindset for processes (packaging SOPs, documenting workflows).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and mentor teammates.
