Job Summary
Responsible for managing and growing assigned brand portfolios by driving commercial performance, strengthening partnerships, and leading account management teams to deliver sustainable e-commerce growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account management strategies and business plans for assigned groups of 45 brand portfolios.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Account Management team; allocate resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Define and monitor performance metrics; provide insights and analysis to improve sell-in, sell-out, inventory efficiency, profitability, e-commerce share, platform ranking, brand penetration, and year-over-year growth.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand partners and key accounts.
- Prepare reports and participate in regular business reviews with the Management Team.
- Identify and approach prospective brands; communicate business value to support partnership development.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related industry
- Experience leading teams and working with multi-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and commercial acumen
- Proven experience in negotiation and relationship management
- Strong communication and people management capabilities, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
