About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Livestock Export & Market Access Officerto join our Vietnam team. This position strengthens our inmarket capability by delivering critical insights and onground support that drive trade growth, regulatory progress, and strategic business development in Vietnam.

Our ideal Livestock Export Market Access Manager - Vietnam has:

• Experience in Viet Nam and an understanding of working across cultural boundaries
• Tertiary qualifications in either Agricultural Economics, Economics, Marketing, Veterinary Science, Rural Science, or a similar agriculture or business management qualification.
• Sound practical knowledge of meat and livestock production systems including animal health & nutrition, breeding principles, handling, transport, meat processing and marketing.
• Knowledge of the Australian meat and livestock industry.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese Government policies, structure and regulatory systems
• Bilingual (Vietnamese and English) with strong interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and handle sensitive situations.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and culturally aware.
• Sound report writing and oral presentation skills
• Ability to manage contractors in regional locations.
