Monitor, analyze, and report daily/weekly/monthly Linehaul KPIs (SLA, cost, capacity utilization, service quality).
Identify trends, risks, and root causes of performance gaps; provide recommendations and action plans.
Partner with internal teams (Operations, Planning, Finance) and external stakeholders (carriers, vendors) to ensure data accuracy and operational transparency.
Drive performance reviews with stakeholders to track progress and align corrective measures.
Support and/or lead small to medium projects related to performance monitoring, cost optimization, and reporting automation.
Develop dashboards, tracking tools, and standardized reporting templates for management.
Provide ad-hoc analyses and insights to support decision-making.
Do other tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools is a plus.
Good communication, project and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in logistics/transportation performance monitoring is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
