Job Description:
1. Duties and responsibilities
- Drive market development and revenue growthby proactively expanding the customer base and strengthening long-term partnerships with potential clients and partners.
- Identify Client's needs and buying motivations; deliver well-crafted, end-to-end solutions that maximize client value and convert opportunities into sales.
- Present and promote product and service packagesthat align with client expectations, ensuring high conversion rates and repeat business.
- Represent the Company and its Brands with excellence, maintaining consistency with brand positioning and using brand stories.
- Act as the primary client contact, ensuring timely communication, quick issue resolution, and strong engagement throughout the sales cycle.
- Take ownership of client's satisfaction, guaranteeing service quality that leads to high referral rates and long-term loyalty.
- Build and execute sales plans, track KPIs, and report on sales performance, product delivery, and weekly activities to drive continuous improvement.
- Continuously enhance sales competency, product knowledge, and market insights to improve negotiation effectiveness and close deals efficiently.
- Stay ahead of industry and design trends; leverage these insights to consult customers, attract them to the showroom, and increase product experiential engagement that leads to sales conversions.
2. Qualifications and experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Construction, Design, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of high-end and luxury brands; experience researching or working with premium market segments is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Clear awareness of career goals and strong commitment to personal development.
Soft skill requirement:
- Strong logical thinking with effective planning and time-management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect, collaborate, and work well in a team environment.
- Solid negotiation skills and the ability to handle situations with flexibility and professionalism.
