What you will learn at Moonpie
As a Lifecycle Marketing Intern at Moonpie Global, you will work with the team to develop Email and SMS marketing campaigns designed to retain customers and increase revenue for global e-commerce brands.
Throughout the internship, you will gain hands-on experience across the full campaign cycle—from planning and execution to data analysis and performance optimization—while working with leading marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and Omnisend.
Responsibitities
- Support the planning and execution of Email and SMS marketing campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo and Omnisend.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, revenue impact, etc.) and propose optimization ideas.
- Collaborate with the team to contribute ideas for content, design concepts, and A/B testing strategies.
- Research and update emerging trends in Email Marketing, experimenting with new methods to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with related teams such as Design and QA/QC to ensure smooth campaign deployment.
Requirements
- Availability to work full-time onsite in Hanoi.
- Strong English reading and writing skills (IELTS ≥ 6.0 preferred).
- Logical thinking, proactive attitude, and strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage tasks independently with a responsible and self-driven working style.
- Good sensitivity in identifying customer insights and keeping up with cross-platform trends.
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong interest in Digital Marketing, particularly Email/SMS Marketing or eCommerce.
- Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo or Omnisend is a plus (not required).
- Experience using AI tools to support work processes is an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: Up to 6M VND/month
- Lunch allowance: 40K VND/day
- Salary review every 6 months, based on performance and contribution.
