Job Description
- Ensure well being and safety of the guests and making sure no harm comes to them.
- Conduct a daily walk-through and inspection of the pool area proactively making certain the facility, services and equipment are tidy and in safe working order.
- Must practice methods which comply with sanitation and health guidelines established by local regulations and the Propertys Policies and Procedures.
- Informed and enforce all pool rules in a professional manner.
- Treat all guest and fellow employees with genuine respect and care.
- Trained in and can administer first aid and minor medical support in the case of an accident or emergency.
- Communicates with partnering departments and peers to achieve superior customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
Job Requirement
- One year working experience is preferred.
- Vocational School Certificate is preferred.
- Microsoft Office knowledge preferred.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.Fluent in English is encouraged.
- Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
- Strong swimmer that is trained and certified in water rescue.
- Safety minded, reliable, mature in decision-making and courteous.
