Founded in 1994, Medialink primarily focuses on content distribution and brand licensing. In addition, the company is involved in content production, distribution arrangements, and animation product development. Medialink invests and collaborates closely with media content licensors to distribute a wide range of media, including animation, variety shows, TV dramas, and both animated and live-action movies. The company also obtains copyright licensing from various brand licensors across the Asia-Pacific region, covering merchandising, location-based entertainment, and promotional rights.

Role Description:

The candidate will report directly to the Business Unit Head (BUH) in Vietnam. This role involves developing effective sales strategies with BUH to identify and engage potential clients, generate leads, and convert those leads into business deals, all while aligning with the company's goals and targets. The candidate will also be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and establishing strong, sustainable relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Prospect & identify new licensing opportunities through market research
  • Prepare and present collaboration proposals to potential partners.
  • Facilitate negotiations and finalize mutually beneficial commercial licensing terms with partners.
  • Assist in sales planning and reporting, providing regular updates on sales pipelines, conducting gap analyses, tracking partner development progress and performance, and continuously analyzing market trends.
  • Develop expertise in key areas to maximize performance, support brand building, and contribute to long-term business growth.

Client Management:

  • Regularly follow up and conduct business reviews with partners to track progress, including working with cross-functional internal teams to support partners in ensuring timely product development, successful market launches, and effective marketing activities. Ensure all executions align with contractual terms and obligations.
  • Work closely with partners to develop and implement growth strategies that maximize revenue and achieve collaboration objectives.
