Job Responsibilities
Impact on the Business / Function:
- Manage liability product lines including Investment, Insurance covering both new product launches and ongoing enhancements.
- Develop, review, and maintain product-related policies, including operational guidelines, compliance standards, and risk control frameworks ensuring all product activities align with regulatory requirements and internal governance principles.
- Drive customer acquisition efforts through various channels, with a focus on digital platforms and strategic partnerships (embedded finance model).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver business targets and ensure alignment with overall strategy.
- Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance on a continuous basis to optimize product profitability and growth.
- Enhance product visibility through periodic circulation of market insights, competitive updates, and marketing materials.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, manage product mix and distribution channels, and drive acquisition efficiency and operational excellence.
Customers / Stakeholders
- Lead and manage product development initiatives, including market research, concept definition, and feasibility analysis..
- Define and propose new products or features, preparing detailed business cases to support decision-making.
- Act as a project champion from initiation to post-launch evaluation by developing implementation plans and coordinating execution across Tech, AI, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Marketing teams.
- Ensure robust systems, infrastructure, and methodologies are in place to effectively manage products and deliver seamless customer experiences. Liaise and develop operational workflow.
- Design and maintain efficient operational workflows and control mechanisms.
Qualifications and requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking, securities, financial service or fintech investment industry.
- Proven experience in managing Wealth and Liability products, with a solid understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Strong record of effective communication across different organizational levels and with diverse customer groups.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong business acumen.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple business lines.
- AI mindset passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence and data analytics to improve customer experience, product performance, and operational efficiency.
- Understands how AI tools, automation, and machine learning can be integrated into financial products and workflows.
- Embraces experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning to stay ahead in the AI-driven digital banking landscape.
