Job Description
- Serve as a key liaison between client and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment
- Support the Account Manager in day-to-day client management, project planning, and execution
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all assigned projects
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end development of integrated campaigns, including Social scope
- Work closely with creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Drive the timely and efficient rollout of IMC initiatives, ensuring high-quality output
- Lead coordination of TVC shoots, KV production, and other key asset deliverables
- Liaise with production houses, directors, and other third-party vendors to manage pre-production, production, and post-production activities
- Ensure all creative materials meet brand guidelines, legal requirements, and quality standards
- Prepare internal documents including briefs, status reports, contact reports, and WIPs
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in an advertising/creative agency environment, ideally handling FMCG accounts
- Strong understanding of IMC planning, creative development, and production processes
- Hands-on experience with TVC/Key Visual shoots and productions
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects under tight timelines
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Team player with a proactive attitude and keen eye for details
