Job Description:
- Advise the Board of Directors and departments of member companies on legal matters related to production and business operations.
- Participate in and coordinate with the Group's functional departments to support member companies in resolving arising legal issues.
- Participate in Company projects related to digital transformation, legal process improvement, and risk management.
- Anticipate and manage risks arising from the production and business activities of member companies through legal tools and mechanisms.
- Perform corporate governance duties for joint-stock companies and limited liability companies as assigned by the Department Head.
- Research and keep up to date with new legal regulations on a daily basis; analyze, compare, and circulate relevant legal documents to departments for consideration and implementation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant local government authorities in areas where the assigned company's headquarters are located.
- Provide other legal support services as assigned by the Department Head.
- Maintain positive working relationships with government authorities and consulting firms, ensuring that the Company remains promptly informed of regulatory changes.
- Ensure compliance during inspections, audits, and examinations conducted by competent government authorities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law. Possession of a Lawyer's Practicing Certificate (Bar License) is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in legal and compliance affairs at companies operating in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing and trading sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal departments and competent government authorities.
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to synthesize information and provide legal advice and guidance to business units and departments.
