Legal Staff (Quang Ninh, Hai Phong & Phu Tho)

Job description

1. Draft, review and revise all kinds of commercial contracts and various forms of agreements or legal documentations in both Vietnam and English

2. Act as in-house legal counsel for all departments of the company in Vietnam and its affiliates in respect of industrial estate, real estate & property, corporate, commercial contract, joint venture, foreign investment, intellectual property, labor & employment, etc.

3. Coordinate and contact with all government authorities in Vietnam and overseas to submit the application and apply for any business license and/or permission, etc.

4. Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Job requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Law.

- Good English skills (minimum TOEIC 700).

- Have experience in draft, review contracts and agreements (especially in construction and real estate).

- Have experience in foreign investment, procedures under Law on Enterprise, Law on Investment.

- Have knowledge in Business law especially the special law such as Real Estate and Industrial Estate Regulation, Land Law, Construction Law, Law on Enterprise/Investment, etc.

- Good mindset, flexible with commitment, commercial sense. Lawyer license is preferred.

- Prefer candidates living in Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Phu Tho or nearby areas can relocate in the long term to Quang Ninh, Phu Tho.

** Working Time: 8:00 – 16:30, Mon – Sat (Employee can work from home on Saturday if there is no training, event or any request from the department).

** Shuttle bus: Ha Long, Hai Phong, Medical Center Quang Yen Town.

** Workplace: The candidate may work at one of the following locations:

Amata City Ha Long JSC: Song Khoai IP, Hiep Hoa Ward, Quang Ninh Province.

New Project in Phu Tho: Tay Coc/ Viet Tri, Phu Tho Province.
