Legal Specialist

Workplace: LS ELECTRIC Factory, Yen Phong II industrial zone, Dũng Liệt, Yên Phong, Bac Ninh

1. Position Overview

The Legal Manager will act as a strategic business partner, responsible for overseeing all legal, contractual, and compliance matters within the company. This role ensures that LS ELECTRIC Vietnam operates in full compliance with Vietnamese laws, corporate policies, and global standards, while effectively managing legal risks in business operations.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts while providing legal advice to business functions.

- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws, company policies, and HQ standards.

- Identify and mitigate legal risks; handle disputes, claims, and legal matters.

- Support projects, bidding, business expansion, and strategic agreements.

- Liaise with external law firms and government authorities; represent the company when required.

- Conduct legal and compliance training to promote a strong compliance culture.

3. Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or related.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of legal experience, preferably in multinational companies or industrial/ manufacturing environments.

- Strong experience in commercial contracts, project contracts and corporate compliance.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong legal drafting and contract negotiation skills.

- Solid understanding of Vietnamese legal system and international business practices.

- Strong business acumen and risk management mindset.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle complex legal issues.
