Responsibilities
- Conduct legal review of contracts, collaborations, business agreements, service provision, service procurement, and authorizations from unit leaders, ensuring compliance with Government and Group regulations
- Research, analyze, and interpret current laws, regulations, and rules, and provide legal advice in specialized areas related to business
- Conduct legal review of investment and procurement procedures at the Company (for projects/topics using science and technology and development investment funds, and projects using production and business funds)
- Act as the main point of contact for NDAs, MOUs, SLAs, and other agreements between the Company and partners in collaborative projects with other units
- Responsible for advising, reviewing, and ensuring the legal validity of products, projects, business plans, and services of the Company's units
- Responsible for organizing the registration of domain names, copyrights, and trademarks for the Company's products
- Participating in the review and verification of the Company's internal documents and procedures in accordance with the Group's regulations and guidelines and applicable laws
- Responsible for advising, evaluating, and ensuring the legality of all of the Company's business operations
- Proactively identifying and advising on legal issues, and reporting to the Board of Directors on legal matters arising in the Company's production and business activities.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a Legal position
- Proficient in legal knowledge related to IT, intellectual property, cybersecurity law, and civil law
- Proficient in legal procedures and regulations of the Corporation
- Intelligent in legal knowledge related to IT, intellectual property, cybersecurity law, civil law, especially international law
- Intelligent in legal procedures and regulations of the Corporation
- Proficient in English for work purposes (reading and understanding documents)
- Bachelor's degree in Law-related fields.
