Role Description:
- Draft and review contracts within the assigned business scope, ensuring legal accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments in contract negotiations when required.
- Provide legal assessments on transactions, events, and advisory requests; propose effective solutions for arising legal issues.
- Update relevant laws and regulations; prepare guideline materials and support legal compliance training.
- Handle assigned administrative legal procedures and guide other departments in following proper legal processes.
- Support the Legal Manager/Team Leader in resolving disputes, complaints, and participating in litigation when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law (full-time program).
- Strong English proficiency.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in companies or organizations in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, banking, or retail sectors.
- Strong teamwork skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work under high pressure.
- Logical thinking, strong analytical and synthesis skills to provide accurate and timely legal assessments.
