At Millennia Education, we are looking for a Legal & Public Affairs Manager to join our Legal & Compliance team in Hanoi.

In this role, you won't just advise on legal matters, you will be a trusted partner navigating regulatory affairs, building strong government and stakeholder relationships, and safeguarding our growing institution.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Legal Advisory & Governance: Provide high-quality legal guidance on contracts, operational, regulatory, and corporate matters.
• Public Affairs & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain constructive relationships with relevant ministries, local authorities, and educational regulators.
• Strategic Monitoring: Keep leadership ahead of legislative and policy developments impacting higher education in Vietnam.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, Academic, Operations, and Student Affairs to manage regulatory and reputational risks seamlessly.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in law + valid Lawyer Practicing Certificate in Vietnam.
• Experience: 7–10 years of relevant legal experience (corporate/commercial, regulatory, and public affairs). Higher education experience is a plus!
• Mindset & Values:
• Independent, high-integrity, and discreet in handling sensitive matters.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills (English & Vietnamese).
• A true can-do and hands-on attitude—you thrive in a dynamic, founding institutional environment and are flexible to roll up your sleeves when needed!
