Our Group Legal team, led from Dubai, is a lean, senior, and highly autonomous function responsible for licensing, corporate structuring, and compliance across all markets. This role works directly with the Head of Corporate, Licensing & IP — with no middle layers — offering strong exposure and ownership.
Role Purpose
Act as the operational backbone of the global legal team — ensuring deadlines are tracked, reporting is accurate, and coordination across multiple jurisdictions runs smoothly. You will enable visibility, efficiency, and zero gaps in execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting & Tracking
- Build and maintain dashboards for licensing, contracts, litigation, and workload tracking
- Prepare regular reports for the Head of Legal and senior stakeholders
2. Team Coordination & Workflow
- Manage intake and triage of legal requests across business units
- Maintain a master calendar of regulatory deadlines, renewals, and filings
- Oversee contract lifecycle processes: templates, e-signature, and document storage
3. Process & Systems Ownership
- Own and optimize legal ops tools (contract/matter management systems, repositories)
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time
4. Vendor & Budget Support
- Track external legal spend and manage invoices / PO processes
- Coordinate with external counsel and vendors
5. Knowledge Management
- Maintain legal templates, playbooks, and documentation
- Support onboarding of new team members on systems and processes
Requirements
- 3+ years in legal operations, paralegal, or legal project management roles
- Experience in in-house or multi-jurisdictional environments preferred
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; Power BI or similar is a plus
- Familiar with contract or matter management systems
- Strong written English communication
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across time zones

- Experience in the video game, gaming, or esports industry is a strong advantage
