The Legal Leader/Senior role is responsible for overseeing corporate legal matters and supporting key investment, construction, and real estate development projects. Based in Da Nang City, the position plays an important part in ensuring legal compliance throughout project investment and construction activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and handle all legal matters of the company, including corporate legal affairs and the legal aspects of investment, construction, and real estate development projects, with a focus on apartment construction projects for foreign direct investment enterprises
- Provide legal support throughout the project investment and construction stages to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law
- At least 5 years of experience in a corporate legal department and/or law firm
- Proven experience in corporate law and project-related legal work
- Hands-on legal experience in real estate development and urban development projects
- Good English communication skills
- Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to handle a wide range of legal matters
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines, including working overtime when required
- Strong teamwork skills and a service-oriented approach
- Good communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
