Job Location: KLINOVA Office, 2nd floor, Green Pearl Building, 378 Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, research, and draft legal documents as assigned;
- Work directly with government agencies when necessary;
- Research laws, decrees, circulars, etc., related to ESG and sustainable development fields;
- Draft legal documents, contracts, and files for clients and partners;
- Translate documents from English to Vietnam and vice versa;
- Edit content of legal articles.
Skills Required:
- Final-year student or graduate majoring in Law;
- Ability to read and write in English is an advantage;
- Responsible, capable of working independently and in a team;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Quick learner, diligent, hardworking, and responsible;
- Serious, progressive attitude, eager to learn, and committed to work.
