Quantity: one (1).

Working mode: In office, full-time (9 a.m to 6 p.m, from Monday to Friday).

Location: 56 Pho Duc Chinh, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Intern with a strong legal background to join our team. The successful candidate will support our legal team in navigating the complex regulatory landscape of the energy sector, while assisting in professional document design and multilingual communication.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor and track regulatory developments relevant to the company's operations, including but not limited to foreign direct investment and renewable energy.
  • Conduct preliminary legal, regulatory, macro and sector research, with a primary focus on Vietnamese jurisdiction; support research in other jurisdictions when required.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and summarising legal documents and reports.
  • Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and internal reports for management on legal, policy, and administrative matters as required.
  • Translate documents (English to Vietnamese and vice versa) when required.
  • Support administrative and project-related tasks, including maintaining internal databases, records and trackers.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders when required.
  • Other tasks as required by senior staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law. Top-tier law school graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0 (or equivalent) are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience (legal research, policy analysis, or related fields) is a distinct advantage.
  • Proficiency in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or higher). Fluency in an additional language will be a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under a tight schedule.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a highly logical and structured approach to tasks.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to use tools effectively to support research, drafting, and analysis.
  • Energy industry insights and proficiency in graphic design tools will be highly regarded.
