We are looking for a full-time Legal Intern to join our Legal Team. This role provides exposure to contracts, compliance, licensing, M&A transactions, and other corporate legal matters, offering a practical learning opportunity for law students or recent graduates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in legal research and summarize relevant updates on Vietnamese regulations impacting foreign-invested enterprises.
- Support the drafting and review of contracts, company policies, internal regulations, licensing/tax applications
- Help prepare legal opinions, letters, articles, and service proposals
- Join client meetings (when applicable) adn support follow-up actions
- Provide support on due diligence reports in M&A transactions
- Handle other legal or administrative tasks as required.
WHO WE'ARE LOOKING FOR
- Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Law or related fields
- Strong research, analytical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Good at English
- Proactive, eager to learn and able to work both independently and in a team.
