Legal Intern (Full-time)

1. Key duties/responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and support tasks as assigned by the supervisor
  • Assist in reviewing contracts and basic legal documents
  • Conduct legal research across various areas of law to support solutions for client matters
  • Support all procedures related to the implementation of investment projects, including applications for required licenses and permits (Investment Registration Certificate, Enterprise Registration Certificate, Work Permit, Temporary Residence Card)

2. Qualifications and Skills:

  • Undergraduate; Senior Students; or Freshers
  • Background in law (economic, labor, and investment preferred);
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese;
  • Microsoft office skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently under deadline;
  • Hard-working, careful, enthusiastic, patient, and willing to learn.
