Job Description

I. MAJOR FUNCTION

The Legal Executive is responsible for supporting the company's legal operations by providing basic legal consultation, handling legal documentation, and ensuring ongoing compliance with statutory and corporate governance requirements.

II.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Legal Management and Consultation:

  • Draft, review, and provide legal advice on Vietnamese and English agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
  • Review and draft contracts and legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research on relevant regulatory topics and industries in which the company operates.
  • Conduct legal research and update legal regulations related to the company's business activities, including new or revised laws affecting internal operations.
  • Draft and prepare documentation for procedures with relevant authorities (e.g., licensing, registration, renewals).
  • Carry out business registration procedures, including cases of amendments or adjustments to enterprise registration contents.
  • Liaise with government agencies to obtain necessary licenses, permits, and approvals for the company's operations.
  • Monitor updates in laws and regulations impacting the company, and support the implementation of required compliance measures.
  • Advise internal departments on regulatory and corporate matters, including permits, reporting obligations, and internal governance processes.
  • Provide consultation and directly handle (or support relevant teams in handling) internal legal issues arising within the company.
  • Attend internal or external meetings with teams and partners to complete contract drafting/review or resolve company internal matters.

Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Legal Department.
  • Maintain and update the department's legal document management system, ensuring accurate and secure storage of all legal records.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Counsel or Legal Manager from time to time, including assisting in legal training or internal projects.

III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university.

Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of general corporate, commercial, and regulatory law.
  • Familiarity with internet, digital services, and intellectual property law is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and legal research platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools for data handling or automation is a plus.
