Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal support for the company's Vietnam investment, financing, merger and acquisition, solar/wind/renewable project implementation, and project disposal etc., including legal research, transaction structure design, negotiation, drafting and review of contract and all kinds of legal documents.

2. Participate in negotiation of project disputes, and provide legal support in litigations/arbitrations;

3. Work with and manage company's external lawyers;

4. Support the company's international compliance management, improve and optimize the legal management system and risk control system related to international business;

5. Any other tasks assigned/required by HQ legal department.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Vietnam with major in law.

2. 5 year working experience in energy sector.

3. International legal background with US/UK bar preferred.

4. Native Vietnamese and fluent in English.
