JAC's client, a healthcare group is looking for a (Senior) Legal Counsel position with strong focus on M&A and Healthcare.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam - Work remotely
Job Responsibilities
- Manage legal matters related to international investments and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
- Offer legal advisory services on various business topics.
- Draft, review, and negotiate M&A transaction documents, including term sheets, MOUs, share purchase agreements, and contracts.
- Support the team by researching and analyzing legal regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide legal support for projects in Vietnam and internationally.
- Conduct legal due diligence, and handle the negotiation, execution, and performance of contracts.
Job Requirements
- University graduation with a bachelor's degree or higher in law.
- At least 5 years of international legal work experience in an in-house office or law firm.
- Legal background with experience in transactions, investment, finance, or M&A fields.
- High sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Strong legal analysis and research skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English, especially in the legal field, is required.
