Legal Control Expert

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Advise, assist, answer, guide, provide legal assessment relating to organization and operational activities of VPB FC.

- To evaluate, provide legal opinions for legal documents, business products and related forms managed by other Divisions/Centers/ Departments.

- To formulate or coordinate with other units to draft proposals to state authorities in order to dismiss, amend or supplement all policies, regimes related to VPB FC activities when necessary.

- Conduct training course held by Legal & Compliance Center.

- Support to work with state authorities if neccessary and assign by the Director of Legal & Compliance Center.

- Support Team Leader to build up action plan of Legal Consulting Team.

- Other tasks assigned by Team Leader of Legal Consulting Team and Director of Legal & Compliance Cen;ter.

REQUIREMENTS:

Background

- University or Master Graduate, major: Law.

- At least 05-07 years experiences in legal consulting field.

- Deep understanding of banking process.

- Leadership & negotiation skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English
