Job Summary

The Legal Manager - Operations provides comprehensive legal guidance and support across the company&aposs production and business operations, including ensuring compliance, managing legal risks, and representing the company in legal matters.

Job Responsibilities

Advise the Board of Directors and relevant Departments on legal matters pertaining to the company&aposs production and business activities under their responsibility.
Proactively review and ensure compliance with laws and internal regulations.
Manage and resolve legal risks/issues that arise in the production and business operations of the company under their responsibility.
Provide legal counsel and representation for the company in litigation proceedings (if any).
Establish relationships with relevant government regulatory agencies at the local level where the company under their responsibility is headquartered.
Develop the employees under their supervision.
Other requirements:
3-5 years of experience in legal affairs and an equivalent position in manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods companies.
Knowledge of laws and legal environment related to manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods business.
Analytical, synthesis, and advisory skills to provide counsel to the Board of Directors and Departments on production and business operations.
