Prepare and manage documentation for BOD, GMS, and Controllers Board meetings, including invitations, notifications, ballot papers, meeting minutes, and resolutions.
Draft, review, and update internal policies and compliance-related documents.
Support the Data Protection Officer (DPO) on data protection and privacy matters.
Coordinate and deliver compliance training for employees.
Conduct compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Perform other compliance-related tasks as required based on business needs.
Legal Functions (20%):
Review and draft de minimis contracts and legal documents.
Provide basic legal support to internal teams when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Accounting).
University of Law (ULAW) graduates are preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, legal, internal audit, or risk management.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of legal awareness, professional ethics, and integrity.
