Responsibilities
Compliance Functions (80%):
- Prepare and manage documentation for BOD, GMS, and Controllers Board meetings, including invitations, notifications, ballot papers, meeting minutes, and resolutions.
- Draft, review, and update internal policies and compliance-related documents.
- Support the Data Protection Officer (DPO) on data protection and privacy matters.
- Coordinate and deliver compliance training for employees.
- Conduct compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other compliance-related tasks as required based on business needs.
Legal Functions (20%):
- Review and draft de minimis contracts and legal documents.
- Provide basic legal support to internal teams when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Accounting).
- University of Law (ULAW) graduates are preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, legal, internal audit, or risk management.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of legal awareness, professional ethics, and integrity.
- Proficient in English is required
