HM&P is looking for a Legal Associate with a desire to pursue a career in business law and focus on cross-border deals in M&A, securities, real estate, financing, capital markets, and arbitration to serve legal services to businesses in Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities
Join our team, you will assist Partners, Senior Associates and other Associates in the office to carry out professional legal work as follows:
- Advising international and Vietnamese clients on foreign investment, M&A, corporate, banking, finance, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, labor, and market capital matters;
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents;
- Managing client expectations and project delivery appropriately;
- Conducting legal research and analysis of information/legal documents;
- Other legal works shall also be appropriately assigned to you by Partners or Senior Associates.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from law school;
- Minimum 03 years of work experience in a professional law firm;
- Has Practicing Certificate for Lawyer;
- Knowledgeable in legal theory and wide practical knowledge of the complicated legal aspects of Vietnam's legal system;
- Good command of written and spoken Vietnamese and English (the candidate having Chinese language proficiency will be preferred);
- Excellent skills in logical thinking, reasoning, analysis, and negotiation;
- Has a strong sense of responsibility;
- Confident, morally upright, cautious, and highly desired;
- Able to identify and understand client objectives and legal needs;
- Excellent skills in Word and Excel.
