We are currently in search of suitable candidates for the role of Associate to join our team of seasoned legal professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis to support clients.
• Leadership and teamwork with associates, junior associates and trainee associates to review legal documents, agreements, and provide the legal opinions as requested.
• Participating in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations and managing client relationships.
• Provide training to junior associates, and legal assistants in advisory practices.
• Collaborate with partners to develop business opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth.
• Fulfill other specialized duties as directed by superiors.

Requirements

• Graduated from a distinguished law school in Vietnam.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience in advisory practice at the local or international law firms.
• Leadership qualities, including the ability to mentor associates.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English, especially excellent writing skills.
