1. Legal Affairs
Draft and review contracts with clients, partners, suppliers; support the development and audit of standard contract templates;
Organize internal training on legal regulations, company policies, and operational procedures to ensure compliance and minimize legal risks;
Participate in handling complaints and disputes arising during the Company's operations in accordance with legal regulations and internal delegation; assess and advise on handling legal risks (debts, disputes, delays in performance, etc.);
Provide legal advice, prepare dossiers, and work with state authorities on procedures related to business registration, information updates, and termination of operations; register and protect intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, etc.); apply for various licenses/permits required for business operations, bidding;
Conduct legal research and analysis, identify potential legal risks, and propose solutions to minimize risks for the Company's business models;
Perform internal legal audits and assessments;
Regularly update relevant laws and policies related to the Company's business activities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
2. Human Resources
Handle Social Insurance (SI) procedures: employee enrollment/termination, processing sickness/accident benefits, etc;
Advise on the development and modification of the Company's internal regulations and procedures;
Perform recruitment tasks: posting job ads, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews;
Manage and update personnel records and information;
Assist with administrative and office tasks;
Perform other duties assigned by the Board of Directors.
Yu cu ng vinBachelor's degree or higher in Law; candidates holding a practicing lawyer certificate are preferred.
Minimum 05 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, especially 03 years of experience in the information technology sector;
Experience in HR is required.
Ability to communicate and work in English;
Strong knowledge of laws on enterprises, commerce, intellectual property, information technology, labor, and bidding.
Honest, proactive, good communication skills; strong legal reasoning; excellent analytical and drafting skills.
