DEPARTMENT: LEASING

REPORT TO: CHAIRMAN, CEO

DESCRIPTON:

Leasing Operation Management:

Develop short-term & long-term leasing strategies.

Acquire new tenants and maintain existing tenants.

Negotiate rental rates and contract terms.

Ensure occupancy rate meets company targets.

Contract & Legal Management:

Prepare, control, and manage leasing contracts.

Monitor contract expiry, renewal, and termination.

Coordinate with legal and accounting teams.

Tenant Relationship Management:

Handle tenant requests and complaints.

Maintain long-term tenant relationships.

Coordinate with building operation teams.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

Conduct market & competitor analysis.

Prepare leasing revenue, occupancy, and forecast reports.

Propose pricing strategies and incentive policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, Marketing, or related fields

Minimum 5 years of experience in Leasing / Sales / Property Management

Strong knowledge of: Office leasing market; Real estate leasing contracts & legal regulations

Skills: Negotiation & persuasion; Client relationship management; Revenue analysis & reporting

Good English communication (Korean is a plus)

SALARY: NEGOTIATE (FROM 40.000.000 GROSS)
